    NESIC understands the importance of good customer support after the initial installation and commissioning. That's why our Operation & Maintenance Office in Cairo can provide you with help with any new system - regardless of location or size. The NESIC Operation & Maintenance Office is able to provide preventive and periodic checks as well as maintenance of the system with our 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, on-call trouble shooting and emergency dispatch services. NESIC has O&M contracts with Mobinil to operate and maintain the installed links in Egypt in high performance and quick supporting actions.
